Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager – RCM Healthcare Tech Products Location: Pune Shift: US Shift (Night Shift IST) Experience Required: 4+ years in US Healthcare RCM with at least 2–3 years in Product Management / Product Ownership / Product Analyst roles About the Role Credence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflow products . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency for healthcare clients across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RCM workflow products — from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-deployment optimization. Work closely with stakeholders (operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and clients) to translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) . Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews; maintain a prioritized and well-defined product backlog. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for RCM modules such as Eligibility Verification, Charge Entry, Coding,
