About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead a major digital project that will replace paper processes for civil, administrative, disciplinary, and human rights matters. The goal is to create the first jurisdiction across courts and tribunals to operate entirely digitally.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and meet deliverables.
  • Manage the project budget, schedule, and governance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project management documents and status reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and program members.
  • Oversee assurance, risk management, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with related programs and projects.
  • Manage supplier contracts according to standards.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience managing large public sector or enterprise projects.
  • Certification in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology.
  • Proven ability to guide, coach, and empower project teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Skills and experience

  • Proven record in end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and governance frameworks.
