We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive initiatives that enhance the customer shopping experience, ensuring frictionless discovery, ordering, and fulfillment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions that optimize engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and operational data to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to develop and launch product enhancements.
  • Optimize the end-to-end shopping journey, from product discovery to checkout and delivery.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive customer satisfaction and business impact.
  • Measure and track key performance metrics, iterating on solutions based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail and e-commerce.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in customer experience, growth, or product management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive execution.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or quick commerce is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
