About the Role

As an Engineer in our ESM Domain, you’ll play a key role in creating Angular modules, controllers, to deploy the business logic,Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.

What will your day look like?

The AngularJS Developer should be knowledgeable in Industry Best practices, to fill a critical role. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively, collaborate with multiple business units, is adaptable to change and will take the initiative to help develop/manage the stakeholder’s requirement from platform perspective.

The successful candidate will be able to take a senior role in this effort from the ServiceNow Platform & Strategy space. This team is fast paced, Agile, Lean, and works closely with other teams in a matrix manner.

Self-starter with ability to multitask, and effective time management skills

Strong team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning

What will you bring?

Dedicated Developer with 3+ years of experience in application design and development..

Strong Foundation in JavaScript along with latest AngularJS versions

Responsible for developing UI pages using AngularJS, AJAX and JSON

Good understanding and experience in implementation of JavaScript design patterns and frameworks (AngularJS, Angular)

Created custom directives and filters using AngularJS

Created Angular Service and integration with RESTful APIs

Integrated React.js with existing AngularJS application to greatly increase performance

Experience in system analysis, design, workflow architecture, development, testing and maintenance of web-based applications.

Extensively worked on Developing SOAP and REST based applications

Active participation throughout the entire SDLC

Involved in Agile/SCRUM process, attending daily standup and completing tasks in sprints

Ensuring lifecycle processes are followed, with rigorous testing, formal pilot/Proof of Concept, and service transition processes followed.

Team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning
