Job Title: Architect, GPU and SoC ModellingLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 8+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleThe Architecture Modeling Group is seeking experienced architects and software developers to contribute to next-generation GPU and SoC architecture development. You will collaborate with world-class architects to model, analyze, validate, and optimize cutting-edge chip architectures and features that push the limits of performance and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesModel and analyze GPU, graphics, and/or SoC algorithms and architectural features.Collaborate across matrixed modeling teams to design, develop, document, and validate simulation tools and architectural models.Work with existing functional and performance models, contributing feature implementations and enhancements.Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures and features.Mentor junior engineers and promote high-quality coding and modeling practices.Explore and evaluate emerging modeling techniques and frameworks, driving adoption where beneficial.Contribute to the development of AI-based tools to improve modeling efficiency and automation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.Required SkillsStrong programming expertise in C++ and C, with solid knowledge of build systems (CMake, Make), toolchains (GCC, MSVC), and libraries (STL, Boost).Strong background in Computer Architecture; experience with performance modeling using C++ and SystemC is preferred.Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a distributed, cross-functional team.Preferred SkillsExperience with performance modeling using C++ and SystemC is preferred.Salary would be best in Industry
