The Team

Advisory for Program Management is a practice within Enterprise Technology and Performance comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings in the areas of Project and Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Agile Transformation, PMO Setup, Project to Product Transformation and Transition Management etc.

Work you’ll do

The primary role of a Program Manager is to plan, organize and drive the different work streams involved in large programs and ensure that the expected outcomes are delivered within the schedule and budget

To do this, a Program manager must perform the following activities:

Develop Business Case and chart the benefits Oversee and guide Solution development Manage and control Scope, Budget and Schedule to ensure that the initiative is delivered on time within the agreed budget Stakeholder Management, Communication management, Risk and Issue Management Handle escalations and conflict within the project team. Monitor and Report progress of transformation across all stages to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved Guide and motivate the team in multi-vendor and multi country environment. Define training plans, design content and conduct trainings, as needed Benefit Tracking and Management on an ongoing basis Manage Financials to ensure Operational excellence

Skills Required

Total 12 to 16 years’ of work experience of which 4 to 5 years’ have been specifically on managing business / digital transformations Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or MBA from reputed institutions MUST have experience in leading minimum 3 large transformation programs in IT / Finance / Procurement / Supply Chain area MUST have strong knowledge of any of the Technologies like SAP/ Oracle/ Web technologies / RPA technologies / AI ML technologies / Data Science technologies MUST have experience in Solution development MUST have experience in Business development / Pre-sales activities MUST have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Consulting experience is preferred Experience working with MNC clients Experience in using tools like JIRA/ADO/Confluence/Clarity/Clarizen Experience in handling programs in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies PgMP / PMP / certification preferred Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions. Flexibility to travel, if needed
