We’re looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our founding team in Hyderabad. This role is hands-on and ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain real-world experience in sales, operations, and startup growth. This is a 3 to 6-month internship with the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Responsibilities Support onboarding of agents and dealers onto the Vroomer platform Conduct field visits, demos, and training sessions with local agents Generate leads via Whats App, phone, and on-ground outreach Maintain CRM records and assist in building structured sales funnels Collect feedback from agents and share insights with the product/ops team Requirements Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Hustler mindset - willing to meet people on the ground and build relationships comfortable engaging with stakeholders who may have a more direct, brash, or informal communication style.
