Job Description

1An engineering Diploma or graduate, with a min of 10 years of experience in a IATF 16949 certified company with expertise on Quality functions in Automotive 2Good competency in the area of world class Quality process & systems, ensuring to produce high quality products at highly competitive 3Management review reports collection, consolidation & reporting 4Should be responsible for overall QA& QC functions to meet the Internal and External Quality Objectives 5Should be strong in leadership, communication and presentation. 6Lead customer complaints corrective action in machining and ensure 100 % customer satisfaction . 7should have pro-active approach and good review mechanism to ensure efficient performance from his team 8NC Closure on time to customer by co ordiante internal team during Customer Audits / Complaints etc 9Prepare and submit PPAP documentation for customer Approval for changes in Approved parts and for New products. 10Effective team management to motivate team members in giving their best, in achieving goals, through mentoring & people development. 11Responsible for effective performance on In coming Quality and Final Inspection . 12Compiling, review and submission of PPAP Document to customer. 13Recording and Reporting on the process and system related NC 14NC closure in coordination with plant and team 15Lead all Internal Audits and Line audits and ensure Implementation of corective action is Machining area. 16Review of Performance of Plant with defiened frequency 17Daily COPQ update and reporting. 18Work on achieving overall Plant Quality Objectives , goal and Target , including Sales target. 19Need knowledge on SAP , Customer portals , Minitab etc. 20Oral/written communication - English, Hindi ,Kannada
