About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and technically-minded Web Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing beautiful, user-friendly interfaces and bringing them to life through clean, responsive code, while also creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, intuitive UI layouts and user interfaces
  • Convert designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS code
  • Build mobile-first responsive web applications
  • Implement designs using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar
  • Create social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) using Canva, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Ensure consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate with team members to refine designs and improve user experience
  • Maintain and update existing web interfaces

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience creating responsive web designs
  • Understanding of mobile-first design principles
  • Eye for design, typography, and color theory
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
  • Proficiency in Figma

(must have)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tools for quick design tasks and social media content
- Understanding of social media design requirements and dimensions

Good to Have:

  • Frontend development experience with
  • Basic understanding of version control (Git)
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)
  • Experience with design systems
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools
