Vastvik Films is a creative video production house with over a decade of experience in delivering compelling stories for global brands, startups, and enterprises. We specialize in cinematic storytelling, high-quality video ads, corporate films, and social-first content.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, understands video-first platforms, and can help us grow our presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Vastvik Films' vision.
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy tailored to each platform.
- Repurpose our video content (ads, BTS, client stories) into engaging social-first formats.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and apply them to boost reach.
- Coordinate with in-house video editors/designers for timely content delivery.
- Actively engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and participate in conversations.
- Track performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the founder and team to align content with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management (preferably in creative/media/agency space).
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn growth, YouTube Shorts, and X trends.
- Excellent writing & storytelling skills (hooks, captions, hashtags).
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) + familiarity with video trends.
- Data-driven with ability to interpret analytics and suggest growth tactics.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized.
