Roles and Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, contributing to the success of our organization on a daily basis. These responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the student's applications on the basis of their qualifications and eligibility and moving them ahead to universities.

2. Coordinating with the team to collect their documents, check the authenticity of their documents, and convert them into a folder

3. Supporting and guiding the team throughout their admission process by taking their queries

4. Maintaining and ensuring a check on the entry-level requirements of colleges and universities in order to complete the admission form smoothly

5. Preparing and presenting the applicant's reports to the concerned international universities timely

6. Maintaining regular communication with teams for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems, if any

7. Building broad knowledge of the admission activities and guidelines of abroad colleges

8. Conducting regular follow-ups with universities colleges and universities about the status of students' applications

  • Both freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during phone conversations.
  • Should be Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds.
  • Should have the ability to understand the national business market
  • Must be dynamic, ambitious, and honest
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Must have Sound judgment
