Designation: Audit Executive for Capital Market (Mutual Fund / PMS)Job Requirement:1. Graduate (B.com/ BAF/Any from Finance Sector students can apply) with minimum 1 year of experience in capital market2. Good Communication and Drafting Skills3. Should have knowledge in client onboarding, Transaction and Holding Reconciliation; and would be proficient with regulatory compliance and reporting (KYC / AML / SEBI regulations / RBI), process controls (setting up SoP, define and manage quality targets, DP, banks custodians, brokers, etc), and stakeholder management.4. He/she would also be technology savvy and would have experience in working with fund / Wealth management systems.5. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-scaling start-up environment. As a Client Onboarding Executive in the Capital Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:Onboarding new clients, including Resident Indian, NRI, and Non-Individual clients.• Facilitating the opening of Demat Accounts for clients.• Demonstrating proficiency in the required KYC documentation for various account types.• Coordinating with Custodians, Banks, and Trading teams to facilitate account opening processes.• Addressing any observations raised by the Custodian promptly and effectively.• Collaborating with Distributors to onboard their clients.• Updating Salesforce with accurate client data.• Conducting AML, CVL KRA, and CKYC checks during the onboarding process.• Liaising with auditors to address any observations raised by them.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate.• Prior Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in PMS/Demat Onboarding.• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI regulations pertaining to PMS.
