Pathology Collector

EXPERIENCED CASUAL PHLEBOTOMIST NEEDED - (CAMPUS) | PM SHIFTS | $35.15/hr + Super  About the Company Our client is a well-established and respected pathology service provider with a strong national footprint. Operating a central laboratory in Darlinghurst and over 25 clinics across metro Sydney and regional NSW, they are recognised for delivering high-quality, patient-focused services. We are seeking highly flexible and capable Phlebotomist  to join our dedicated team in a casual capacity. This role requires you to work on campus, providing expert support. You will be rostered  on various days - Monday to Sunday and your professional skills will help maintain the provider's reputation for excellence in patient care. Duties and responsibilities: You must be highly experienced in blood collection. Placement hours will not be accepted You must be available to work up to 6 days (afternoon shift hours) Perform venepuncture and collect blood and other pathology samples from patients Conduct ECGs and fit Holter monitors if required Process pathology specimens in line with protocols Maintain accurate records and complete clerical tasks using basic IT systems Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical staff Deliver patient care with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail Work efficiently both independently and within a team environment Prioritise workloads and manage time effectively under pressure Adhere strictly to Work Health and Safety guidelines About You Full working rights in Australia - sponsorship not available MINIMUM OF 1 year unsupervised blood collection experience Current driver's licence, Working With Children Check, and National Police Clearance Certificate III in Pathology Collection  Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing work locations and priorities Passionate about pathology and delivering exceptional patient care Positive, proactive, and able to work effectively in different clinical environments Must be available up to 6 days that will include weekends The Benefits Competitive casual rate: $35.15/hour + super Weekly pay Supportive and communicative team Access to a simple, efficient scheduling app Contact Details  We are recruiting and interviewing candidates immediately for this role so if you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this role for an ASAP start, please click 'APPLY' now or contact Bree (Sourcing specialist) via email
