4.Engage with customers &partners, dig deep and dirtyhands into data and identify hidden gems whichwill help us build great products.

5.Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketers and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap.

6.Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, balancethe business needsversus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

7.Prioritize projects according to marketneeds and business priorities, continually evaluate the performance of products and features against goals, and develop recommendations for improvement

8.Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically

9.Prepare and present executive management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levelsin the organization, including senior management.


REQUIRMENTS:

1.Tech andProduct enthusiast who has strongunderstanding and is willing to shape, driveand implement the product vision of Servify.

2.Min 2+ years of experience in in a B2C start-up/ company with up to 2+ years of total experience.

3.Graduate (Engineering) or Post Graduation (MBA), however, we consider Experience > Education

4.Have a successful trackrecord of building and scaling products, delivering growth on metrics thatmatter most to business (preferably on consumer products)

5.Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

6.Extremely outcome-oriented, knows clearly why things haveto be done can clearly articulate the expected outcome and bring people on board to achieve it.

7.Entrepreneurial drive and have hands-on experience in creating products with the best user experience.

8.Possess strong analytical/numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making

9.Have outstanding leadership skills, excellent people/communication, and negotiation skills
