THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER. Key Responsibilities Partner with application teams to standardize service deployment configurations and processes . Accelerate application onboarding and deployment through automation and optimized workflows. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for teams using internal developer platforms. Troubleshoot platform integration issues and collaborate across teams to drive quick resolutions. Maintain and enhance documentation, runbooks, and training materials for developer onboarding. Design, implement, and automate network policies ensuring secure and compliant communication across microservices. Architect and deploy cloud-native, scalable solutions leveraging AWS and service mesh tools such as Istio , Linkerd , or Consul . Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform , Helm , and Kubernetes . Contribute to cloud-native application development using Python , Node.js , and related frameworks. Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve platform capabilities and developer experience. Required Qualifications 7–10 years of experience working with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred) . Strong expertise in CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins , Cloud Bees , or Spinnaker . Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform . Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes . Experience in managing networking and service mesh architectures (L4/L7, Istio, Consul, Linkerd). Proven background in developing, deploying, and scaling cloud-native applications . Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for enabling developers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with serverless deployments and enterprise application integration . Familiarity with Dev Rel practices , internal developer platforms, or developer experience engineering. Exposure to security, compliance, and network automation in cloud environments.
