Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and troubleshoot CNC, PLC, SPM, NI, Industrial PCs, and printers.
  • Independently manage and resolve equipment breakdowns.
  • Perform electrical switching operations for High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) line installations.
  • Conduct electrical earth electrode continuity testing and ensure resistance values are maintained below 1 ohm.
  • Operate DG set switching and manage compressed air systems including switching operations and dryer maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain fire hydrant pressure and installations.
  • Manage lighting switching operations.
  • Perform autonomous, preventive, breakdown, and overall maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Monitor and test fire alarm systems and sensors.
  • Maintain material handling equipment and air-conditioning systems.
  • Ensure 5S standards are maintained across the plant and maintenance stores.
  • Adhere strictly to safety norms throughout the plant premises.
  • Maintain clear communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking effectively.
  • Control maximum demand as per TANGEDCO norms.
  • Ensure fire hydrant system water levels and line pressures comply with regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with Regulation-30 requirements as per CEIG.
  • Attend breakdowns promptly and maintain Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
  • Work to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the respective areas.
  • Manage consumables and spare parts inventory effectively.

Education and Relevant Experience

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, OR
  • 12th Pass + ITI with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in electrical and electronics operations and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC, PLC, and industrial electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,835.45 per month
