Skills & Responsibilities
Must Have
- Product Lifecycle Management: Ability to own a portion of the product lifecycle for core platforms.
- Requirement Translation: Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working with APIs, Jira, & Figma.
- Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Domain Understanding: Knowledge of the Lending ecosystem to design tailored LOS features.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with lending regulations during product development.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Nice-to-have: MBA/PGDM with a tech background from a reputed business school.
Experience & Background
- Total Full-Time Work Experience: 1–4 years.
- Prior Experience:
- Experience as a PM Intern, Business Analyst, or in a Product Associate/Analyst role.
- Industry experience in Fintech, Banking, SaaS/PaaS products with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Supply Chain Finance (SCF) or Loan Management System (LMS)
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Navi Mumbai (Millennium Business Park)
- Work Arrangement: This is a 5 Day work-from-office role.
