Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to design and implement robust solutions that align with business goals. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of architectural solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectural solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design system architectures, including software, hardware, and network environments.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Present architectural solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead architectural projects from conception through implementation.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and project plans.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance architectural capabilities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize architecture processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions in a variety of industries.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
