Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Promoter to represent and promote brands at D-Mart outlets. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers inside the D-Mart store.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to increase customer awareness.
  • Encourage product trials and influence purchase decisions.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock availability.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the supervisor.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
  • Follow company guidelines, hygiene standards, and D-Mart policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in brand promotion, sales, or retail is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle queries and resolve customer doubts confidently.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹11,000.00 per month
