Role Description

We are seeking a Hardware Product Manager for a full-time, on-site role at Factacy.AI in Gurgaon. In this role, you will take ownership of AI-integrated hardware solutions, driving their development from concept to market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards in quality, functionality, and user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle development of AI-integrated hardware products.
  • Gather insights from performance data, users, and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, and software teams for cohesive hardware development.
  • Conduct market research to refine product vision and explore new opportunities.
  • Manage suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing partners for efficient production.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with global industry standards and certifications (e.g., CE, FCC).
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful product launches.
  • Implement post-launch improvements based on feedback and trends.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI and ML capabilities into hardware products.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware product management; startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development, lifecycle management, and AI technologies.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
