Position: Design Faculty

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Responsibilities:


Entrance Exam Preparation:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons on design aptitude, logical reasoning, visualization, and drawing skills.

Guide students on portfolio creation, design problem-solving, and interview preparation.


Software Training:

Teach design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

Ensure students gain practical, hands-on experience with these tools to enhance their design skills.


Curriculum Development:

Design and update course materials, including study notes, practice exercises, and project briefs.

Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, trends, and software updates to ensure relevant teaching.


Student Mentorship:

Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to enhance students' creative and technical abilities.

Monitor progress and address individual learning needs to ensure success in entrance exams.


Workshops & Events:

Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and seminars to inspire creativity and innovation.

Organize mock tests, design challenges, and critique sessions to simulate real exam environments


Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field.


Experience:

Freshers or 2+ years of teaching or industry experience in design education.

Experience with entrance exams such as NID, NIFT, UCEED, CEED, or private design colleges is highly preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design-related software is a plus.
  • Creative Skills: Strong sketching, visualization, and design problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Passion for Teaching: A commitment to nurturing creativity and supporting students in achieving their goals.
