Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting inside sales activities, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
