Job Description Sales Executive (For a leading Filtration Company) Location: AhmedabadOpen Positions: 10Experience: Fresher / 1–2 YearsRole Type: Inside + Field Sales (Flexible Split) Read This First This role suits candidates who are keen to learn fast, believe in honest selling, are willing to travel when needed, and are serious about building a career in B2B industrial sales. Why This Role Exists - We sell Process liquid filtration products across Pharma, Water, and Industrial customers. - You will not be required to engage in blind cold calling; lead generation and outreach will be supported through structured processes and guidance. - 80% of your work is selling to already identified SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) customers. - 20% of your work is hunting — because growth requires effort. Role mix: - ~50% Inside Sales (calls, follow-ups, coordination)- ~50% Field Sales (planned visits, customer meetings)The Final split depends on performance. What You Will Do - Talk to customers daily — calls, meetings, follow-ups- Convert SQLs into orders- Learn filtration basics, applications, and use-cases- Do planned field travel when required- Prospect new customers regularly- Maintain CRM and activity discipline- Coordinate with HO, production, and logistics Who Should Apply? - Fresher or 1–2 years sales experience- Based in Ahmedabad (or already residing here)- Comfortable with travel- Confident in interacting with customers, handling calls, and working toward targets - Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed - Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career How Success Is Measured (First 6 Months) - Activity discipline (calls, follow-ups, visits)- SQL conversion rate- Learning speed (products + applications)- CRM hygiene- Attitude and how well can you get coached What You Get - Structured learning and mentoring- Real industrial exposure- Performance-based growth- Clear career path (Inside → Field → Key Accounts) Requirements Communication Skills Convincing Skills Sales Skills Presentation Skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
