Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain ABAP programs to extend the functionalities of SAP HR modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment).

- Analyze business requirements from HR teams, translating them into clear and concise technical specifications.

- Design and implement innovative enhancements to existing SAP HR functionalities to optimize HR processes.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed programs and troubleshoot any SAP HR-related issues to ensure system stability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP technologies and best practices specific to SAP HR.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of customized solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR) to implement integrated solutions that best serve the organization's needs.

- Assist in project planning and coordination activities for HR system enhancements.

- Provide post-implementation support to HR users and offer training on newly developed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR modules

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR configuration and functionalities

- Solid understanding of ABAP programming language, including object-oriented concepts

- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP HR functionalities using ABAP programs

- Experience in testing and troubleshooting SAP HR-related issues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while also being a team player
