This Technical Hands-On Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Stakeholders And Manage Their Expectations While Adhering To The Global Template.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead And Support The Global Implementation Of SAP SuccessFactors Time & Attendance Modules.

- Configure And Modify Time-Related Objects Including Time Type, Time Recording Profile, Time Profile, Time Valuations, Time Type Groups, And Time Filters.

- Develop And Maintain Business Rules For Employee Central (EC) & Time, Including Validation Rules, Calculation Rules, And Decision Rules.

- Proficiently Configure MDF Objects, Workflows, And Succession Data Models.

- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Provide Updates, And Manage Expectations Without Compromising The Global Template.

- Provide Technical Expertise And Hands-On Support For Creating And Modifying Time Management Objects.

- Ensure Alignment With Global Business Processes And Templates.

Qualifications :

- SAP Certification: SAP Certified Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

- Experience : Proven Experience In Time Sheet/Time Tracking Implementation.

- Technical Skills: Strong Proficiency In Creating And Modifying Time Types, Time Recording Profiles, Time Profiles, Time Valuations, Time Type Groups, And Time Filters.

- Business Rules Expertise: Extensive Experience With Validation Rules, Calculation Rules, And Decision Rules For EC & Time.

- Configuration Skills: Proficiency In Configuring MDF Objects, Workflow, And Succession Data Models.

- Communication Skills : Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders And Manage Expectations.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.

- Team Player : Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior Experience In Global Implementation Projects.

- Familiarity With Additional SAP SuccessFactors Modules

- The Contract Is For Five Months.

Note : Ideally, We Want All Three Roles To Be Out Of Bangalore. They Will Need To Spend 3+ Days In The Client's Office. If Consultants Are Not From Bangalore, They Will Need To Travel. Right Now, There Are Three Two Week Trips Planned In August, Sept, And Oct, With Another Go-Live Trip Planned For A Possibly Longer Duration Around Go-Live (Leading Up To January 1st)
