Role Description

This is a contract role for the International Voice and Chat Process position, located on-site in Gurgaon Sector 30.

The role involves handling customer inquiries via voice and chat, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining communication logs, adhering to company policies, and achieving performance targets.

Additionally, the role requires collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and providing insights for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Finance
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Location- Gurgaon, Sector 30

Salary- Upto 31K CTC

Working Days- 5 days(Rotational Shift with 2 Days rotational weekly offs)

Qualification- Graduation and Undergraduate

Experience- Min 6 Months for International Chat Process

Min 1 Year for International Voice Process
