• Maintain an accurate record of all stock items used in treatments, office supplies, and medical equipment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are up to date.
• Forecast stock requirements based on clinic needs and order products in a timely manner.
• Ensure all products are stored according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on any delayed or incorrect shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage returns or exchanges of defective items.
• Organize and label products and supplies in storage areas for easy access.
• Monitor stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies, ensuring all items are used within their shelf life.
• Rotate stock to use older items first (FIFO—First In, First Out).
• Ensure that all stock items comply with clinic standards and local health regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, usage, and waste.
• Assist in ensuring that products and treatments used meet aesthetic and medical standards.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff about stock levels and the need for new items.
• Assist clinic staff with stock-related queries and ensure products are available when needed for treatments.
• Provide regular inventory reports to the Clinic Manager, highlighting trends, potential shortages, and items that need reordering.
• Keep track of high-demand products and anticipate future stock needs.
