PositionOverview: Weare seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Leadto join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensiveexperience in Salesforce development with a focus on SalesforceOmnistudio along with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.As the Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead you will be responsiblefor leading a team of developers architecting solutions and drivingthe successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudioprojects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor ateam of Salesforce developers providing guidance support andtechnical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of SalesforceOmnistudioprojects.
  
• Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders project managers and other team members tounderstand project requirements define technical solutions andestablish project timelines anddeliverables.
  
• Architect scalablemaintainable and highperforming Salesforce Omnistudio solutionsthat meet the unique needs of our clients and align with industrybest practices andstandards.
  
• Design and developcustom Salesforce Omnistudio applications components integrationsand automation solutions to address business requirements andenhance userexperience.
  
• Oversee the endtoenddevelopment lifecycle including requirements gathering solutiondesign development testing deployment and ongoing support andmaintenance.
  
• Conduct code reviewsprovide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to codingstandards best practices and securityguidelines.
  
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including QA testers business analysts andsystem administrators to ensure the reliability stability andquality of developedsolutions.
  
• Stay updated on thelatest Salesforce technologies tools and trends and providerecommendations for continuous improvement andinnovation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  
• Minimum of 6 years ofexperience in Salesforce development with a focus on SalesforceOmnistudio.
  
• Proven experienceleading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers in afastpaced Agileenvironment.
  
• Expertise inSalesforce technologies including Apex Lightning Web ComponentsVisualforce Lightning Aura Components and SalesforceAPIs.
  
• Strong understandingof Salesforce architecture data model security model and platformcapabilities.
  
• Handson experiencewith Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX VS Code andGit.
  
• Excellent leadershipcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability toinfluence and motivate teammembers.
  
• Ability toeffectively prioritize tasks manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet projectdeadlines.
