Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for all things digital marketing, from SEO to social media, and has a proven track record of driving meaningful results.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


Performance Marketing:


  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.


E-Commerce Management:


  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals for better conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality and user interface.


Content Management:


  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.


SEO/SEM Management:


  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
  • Analyze competitors’ strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.


Stay Up-to-Date:


  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
  • Implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
