Are you passionate about data visualization, analytics, and digital transformation? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and ETL pipelines to join our team and drive business impact through powerful insights and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards (cloud/on-prem).
  • Lead BI projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data-driven solutions.
  • Leverage tools like SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Azure services, and SQL to model, query, and visualize large datasets.
  • Conduct business analysis, validate solution design, and ensure alignment with banking domain needs.
  • Support digital transformation and exploratory analytics initiatives.

You bring:

  • 6+ years of Power BI development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with tabular cube design, DAX, M query, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the banking domain or Core Banking systems (a strong advantage).
  • Bonus: Experience with custom visuals using TypeScript, D3, or SVG.
