Overview
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Operations & Admin Associate to support our Operations Manager with day-to-day business activities. The role includes handling administrative work, vendor coordination, banking, purchasing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks and office coordination
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and banks for routine requirements
- Support in procurement and inventory documentation
- Manage courier, bill payments, and other operational follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication across teams and external partners
- Take ownership of routine tasks and ensure timely completion
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and internal activities
Requirements
- Graduate (minimum); prior experience in admin/operations preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is an advantage
