We are looking for a skilled and motivated IoT Device Cybersecurity Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The IoT Device Cybersecurity Technical Manager will oversee the technical operations of our cybersecurity test lab. This role involves managing the testing team, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards, and maintaining the quality and integrity of our testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both laboratory operations and cybersecurity testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team responsible for CCTV device cybersecurity testing according to BIS requirement.

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards in all laboratory operations.

  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and procedures according to different cybersecurity related regulatory requirements to assess the security of IoT devices.

  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the testing team.

  • Review and approve detailed reports outlining testing results, findings, and recommendations.

  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, regulations and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand regulatory security requirements and provide testing solutions.

  • Participate in the development and enhancement of testing tools and techniques.

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of laboratory operations and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.

  • Familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation and its requirements.

  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and laboratory operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with different network communication protocols (e.g. Wi-Fi, Ethernet).

  • Experience with hardware communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and JTAG

  • Experience with CCTV/ IP Camera's research and development processes.

  • Hands-on experience with hardware hacking and reverse engineering.

  • Understanding of secure coding practices and threat modeling.
