Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Artista Prop Shop in Besant Nagar, Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store inventory and providing excellent customer service. He/She will maintain cordial relationship with customers visiting the store. The Store Manager will also be responsible for communication with customers and managing a team of store staff.
Qualifications
Customer Service and excellent communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Maintaining the store to standards
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of additional languages preferably Hindi is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
