Role overview:

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative
3D Architect & Modeller
to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for a professional with a
strong architectural foundation and a creative edge
to transform concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals and immersive experiences.

You will contribute to a wide range of projects, including landscaping, real estate development, amusement parks, gaming zones, and urban infrastructure
, creating visual stories that inspire and engage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs based on architectural drawings and sketches.
  • Produce high-quality renderings for interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret briefs and develop compelling visual concepts.
  • Enhance renderings with precise lighting, textures, and materials.
  • Create 3D animations, flythroughs, and immersive presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, project files, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, trends, and techniques.

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization
    , or a related field.
  • Proficiency in:
  • 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape
  • Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum
    2 years of professional experience
    in 3D modelling and rendering.
  • Experience in landscaping, urban design, real estate development, amusement parks, or themed infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time/VR visualizations (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of
    BIM workflows
    and
    sustainable design principles
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    architecture, spatial design, lighting, and rendering
    techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for realism and design integrity.
  • A compelling portfolio of 3D architectural work (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
