The Role We are building a next-generation fintech platform with deep integrations into banking systems, handling high transaction volumes and mission-critical financial operations. As a Tech Lead – Backend, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the system architecture, driving engineering excellence, and leading a high-performing backend team. This is your chance to shape a scalable, secure, and reliable financial platform from the ground up. You’ll combine strong hands-on backend engineering with technical leadership, ensuring delivery of enterprise-grade solutions in the fintech and banking ecosystem. What we’re looking for 8–12 years of backend engineering experience with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role. Strong expertise in Node.Js, NestJS (or equivalent frameworks), with deep understanding of microservices. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.), schema design, and query optimization.
