Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance team while upholding Gokyo’s customer experience, visual standards, and operational discipline.Key responsibilities:· Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, ATV, and UPT targets· Workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and weekly coaching; build a strong bench· Daily SOPs: opening/closing, cash, billing, stock receiving, RTV, shrink control· Inventory health: cycle counts, replenishment, size-curve integrity, ageing control· Visual merchandising execution and weekly refreshes aligned to brand guidelines· Local marketing: community outreach, trek clubs, partnerships, and micro-events· Reporting: daily MIS, sell-through, bestsellers/slow movers, and action plans· Coordination with HO for supply, VM, marketing, HR, and financeQualifications:· 5–10 years’ apparel retail experience with at least 2 years leading a store team· Track record of meeting sales targets and improving KPIs in outdoor/athleisure/sportswear· Strong people leadership, rota planning, and performance management· Proficient with POS, Excel/MIS, inventory systems, and basic retail math· Customer-first mindset; calm under pressure; hands-on problem solving· Flexibility for weekends/holidays, physical store work, and periodic travel for trainingNice to have:· Local market knowledge of Pune and nearby catchments· Passion for outdoors, trekking, travel communities, or endurance sports· Experience launching new stores or turning around underperforming onesCompensation:Competitive, aligned to experience and outcomes.How to applyEmail your CV to with the subject “Retail Store Manager — Pune, Wakad” and mention your current CTC in the email.
