Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Inclusion: Help the student integrate socially in the classroom, manage distractions, and participate in group activities, enabling access to the same educational opportunities as classmates.

Implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP): Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to follow and update the student's IEP and review developmental progress.

Build Relationships: Foster trust and confidence, serving as a consistent point of contact for the student, parents, and teachers.

Gradually Promote Independence: Set tasks and learning goals that empower the child to become more autonomous, reducing dependence on shadow support over time.

Maintain Communication: Provide regular feedback and reports to classroom teachers, parents, and support teams.

Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with mainstream teachers and support teams to adapt lesson plans and utilize teaching strategies that best suit the student's needs
