Electrical Design Engineer – MEP (2 to 5 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled
Electrical Design Engineer
with 2+ years and up to 5 years of experience in MEP design. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
and related design tools, and be capable of leading the electrical design team within our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical designs, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD and other tools.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
- Lead and guide the electrical design team for timely and quality deliverables.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Support project planning, estimation, and client communication as required.
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose practical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in MEP electrical design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with HVAC, fire alarm, or building automation systems.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
