Understand and apply Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and policies. Provision SAP user accounts (create, modify, and deactivate). Communicate effectively with IT teams and business users regarding security issues. Coordinate collection and preparation of security data for audits. Develop documentation such as work instructions, policies, and procedures. Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Perform security administration activities for Fiori tiles.Required Skills & Experience: Strong customer service orientation. 5–8 years of experience in SAP ECC Security. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Security. Knowledge of SAP user setup and provisioning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Basic understanding of audit procedures. Strong interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical users. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus.
