The Job
You will be responsible for :
Taking a design brief to understand requirements.
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications.
Conceptualising and delivering landscape architecture for a variety of projects.
Preparation of design, presentation materials as well as technical documentation for design development.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
