About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent across various functions and levels. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and creating an engaging interview process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles through targeted development programs.
  • Create and manage succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
