Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Developer located in Patna. The Tech Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code based on specifications, testing and deploying programs and systems, troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance, collaborating with other team members to define and implement new features, and ensuring software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.If you deliver as per expectations, you will be considered for a
Lead Developer or even a Co-Founder role
after successfully handling responsibilities. You will also be entitled to
ESOPs or primary shares
(with defined terms & capping).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React
  • Strong knowledge of database management and SQL
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus
  • Previous experience in startup environments is beneficial
