Role Description This is a full-time on-site Mern Stack Developer role located in Ahmedabad. We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and have excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Position: MERN Stack Developer Mode of Work: Work from Office Experience Required: 3+ Years connect: Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using the MERN stack. Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with secure authentication and validation. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development cycle. Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development. Must have practical experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with React state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API). Understanding of authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Passport.js. Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and continuous integration tools. Strong command of MongoDB with schema design, indexing, and aggregation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code with attention to detail. Familiarity with Docker, Vercel, or Netlify.
