Role Description

This is 2 months contract remote role for a CyberArk Implementation Engineer. The CyberArk Implementation Engineer will be responsible for implementing CyberArk solutions, Module 1 Access Request System

Request access for Multiple Users using Bulk Upload request

Request access for Enterprise Roles

Request access for Application Roles

Custom Request form creation for application request

Module 2 Group Management

Onboard Application - AD

AD Group management - configurations

Create new ad group request

Request Access for new ad group

Manage existing ad groups

Entitlement owner certification

Module 3 Role Mining

create job role matrix

Role mining

create new role using saviynt

Validate new role

Update existing role

configure and launch role owner campaign

review and complete role owner campaign

Module 4 Third party access governance

create organization

create request user form

register user approval process

create new user from home module

validate user

Module 5 Service Account Management

Service account management configurations

Request to create new service account

Request to modify existing service account

Automatic ownership transfer of service accounts

Service account campaign

Request to delete existing service account technical support, managing project implementation, and ensuring successful software deployment. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to gather requirements, configuring and customizing CyberArk solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration within client environments.

**Qualifications

Exp : 5 yrs ( relevant in Cyberark Implementation)**

  • Experience in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
  • Skills in providing Technical Support and Customer Service
  • Abilities in Project Management and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
