Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead our HR function. This role involves driving talent management, enhancing organizational culture, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. The candidate should be a strategic leader with a focus on fostering a high-performance work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, retention strategies, and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement: Build a positive, inclusive work culture that promotes high performance.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance systems and career development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR laws and policies.
  • Learning & Development: Lead training programs to address skill gaps.
  • HR Operations: Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (master’s preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in fast-growing organizations.
