: Keep up with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design processes

Expectations:

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAI Advancements:

Ability to keep up with AI advancements in terms of new GenAI products and servicesExperience

: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects across web and mobile applicationsSkills

: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or similar is a plusUser Research

: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user insights to inform design decisionsCollaboration

: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProblem Solving

: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about both short-term and long-term design decisionsAttention to Detail

: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, ensuring pixel-perfect design executionEducation

: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience

Good to have skills:
