About Individual:We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a strong creative vision, and, as a non-negotiable requirement, have expertise in utilizing various design tools, with absolute proficiency in Adobe After Effects. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and creating engaging multimedia content.

What you will do:~

Motion Graphics and Animation:Utilize Adobe After Effects to create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and compelling visual content.~Graphic Design:Proficiently use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design captivating visuals for both digital and print media.Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media, presentations, and other communication channels.~Interactive Design:Leverage expertise in Figma and Google Web Designer (GWD) to design interactive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration of interactive elements.~Storyboarding:Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline the flow and structure of multimedia projects.~Brand Consistency:Ensure consistency in visual elements across all brand communications and campaigns.~Adaptability:Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and provide creative solutions.

What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and GWD.Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
