Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Myewacare, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, coordinating with partnered hospitals, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role involves monitoring service quality, handling patient inquiries, and supporting the management team in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships with partner hospitals
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
