The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading data governance and cataloging tools along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and best practices.- Conduct comprehensive data lineage documentation and ensure accuracy across systems.- Perform metadata review, enrichment, and validation.- Manage and administer data governance and cataloging tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, etc.- Collaborate with data stewards and business owners to enforce governance policies.- Ensure adherence to compliance standards including HIPAA, PHI, and other regulatory requirements.- Drive continuous improvements in data quality, cataloging, and stewardship processes.Required Experience- 8–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage.- Strong understanding of data stewardship, cataloging, and compliance frameworks.- Hands-on experience with one or more data governance tools (Collibra / Alation / Informatica Axon).- Experience working with healthcare datasets or PHI (preferred).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Interested: Send resume to
