Industry Preference : Automotive, Mechanical
Work Experience: 5+ years
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills :
End-to-end planning and execution of prototype vehicle builds with efficiency.
Performing sign-off within all stakeholders of prototype vehicles to agreed quality standards.
Very good knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication processes.
Good knowledge of parts, assembly, stack up and tolerances.
Good in drawing study and inspection of individual parts before assembly process.
Understanding of CAD tools is a must for this role.
He should be good in DFS, DFA, DFM & design FMEA.
Supporting in vehicle benchmarking, tear down and other vehicle level measurements.
Maintaining the documentation and records for build exercises and keeping up to date.
Proto lab management and material tracking for build.
Build issue compilation and intimation to concerned designers.
Proto assembly sequence study, build feasibility study and feedback planning in advance adhering to Bill of Material (BOM).
Build material/parts planning and get them procured timely.
Responsibilities :
Effectively manage the ProBuild activity with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Possess a good understanding of materials and their physical and mechanical properties.
